We provide high-end, eco-safe physical sanitation, sanitizing, dusting, and luxury detailing solutions. All estimates issued are purely non-binding drafts based on initial estimates until a written custom schedule is finalized between Lumdrix managers and you.
To keep our cleaners safe, we reserve the right to decline, pause, or adjust bookings where conditions are hazardous, structural elements are unstable, or biological hazards exceed standard residential thresholds. We are not responsible for pre-existing degradation of ancient surfaces, delicate materials, or fine art that are not declared before our site arrival.
Your booking details, email, and property dimensions are managed in compliance with our Privacy Policy. Our teams respect the sanctity of private estates, but you agree that your security details do not violate federal, state, or municipal safety standards during cleaning operations.
We are fully insured. Any claim of damage or incomplete fulfillment must be submitted within 24 hours of service completion to [email protected] with photographic evidence. Our liability is strictly limited to the cost of the cleaning session or real-value repair by a vetted restorer.
These terms and all business relations are governed by the laws of the United States of America, without giving effect to conflicts of law principles. Any legal complaints will be settled exclusively in municipal courts overseeing our brand administration.
